This hands-on role focuses on commercial execution, building sales pipelines and collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs and milestones.

Responsibilities

Build and advance a sales pipeline across battery, energy storage, and advanced industrial applications

Work with OEMs, manufacturers, integrators, and strategic partners to create adoption paths

Execute partnership-driven commercial models (e.g., pilots, design partnerships, supply or licensing agreements) aligned with how industrial customers operate

Drive direct customer engagement: meetings, pilots, evaluations, LOIs, and commercial agreements

Identify and support relevant grants, non-dilutive funding programs, and ecosystem initiatives (including DoD-adjacent programs when relevant)

Coordinate internally to support pilots, validations, and funded activities tied to commercial traction

Mobilize Product, R&D, Operations, and Marketing resources to support customer needs and milestones

Maintain clear reporting, CRM discipline, and pipeline visibility to the CRO and leadership

Required

4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in energy, batteries, cleantech, advanced manufacturing, or related industrial domains (non-software)

Hands-on, execution-oriented profile with strong ownership and independence

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an early commercial stage
