Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned regulatory and operational documents, including Flight Operations, Training, Safety Manuals, and other department manuals
Translate provided technical information into clear, concise content that is easily understood by end users
Edit documents and manuals for clarity, grammar, tone, and format while applying consistent language and style across all documents
Incorporate images, diagrams, and callouts to enhance content understanding and usability
Apply revision controls, approval formatting, and publication standards to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements
Adhere to project timelines and revision schedules; proactively manage workloads to meet established deadlines
Schedule and coordinate meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input, review drafts, and keep projects on track
Maintain traceability between content and applicable regulatory references and audit standards
Archive historical content and maintain records of revision requests and content changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Communications or English
2-4 years of experience
Strong command of written English and excellent communication skills
Ability to distill and reframe material into clear, user-friendly language
Familiarity with structured content authoring and publishing systems
Proficient in content design principles, layout formatting, and visual clarity
Capable of balancing regulatory compliance with operational practicality
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing capabilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Collaborative, curious, and able to work independently or within a team structure
Ability to adapt to evolving technology and continuous improvement processes
