Responsibilities
Manage a litigation caseload
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Take and defend depositions
Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
Manage a team and supervise/mentor associates
Qualification
Required
10+ years of litigation experience
Prior first or second chair trial experience
Supervisory experience
Licensed to practice in California
JD degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
Trial experience (first or second chair experience)
Excellent written and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation
