They are looking to add a skilled tree climber and/or bucket operator to their team, focusing on safety and quality workmanship in tree removals and pruning operations.

Responsibilities
Perform tree removals and pruning using climbing systems and/or backyard lift
Execute technical rigging and controlled removals
Operate CMC lift and related equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate clearly with crew members and crew leadership
Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and company procedures
Maintain equipment and report safety or mechanical concerns
Interact professionally with clients when needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a tree climber and/or bucket operator
Strong understanding of tree rigging, pruning, and removals
Ability to work safely at height and in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver's license
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
Preferred
ISA Certification or willingness to pursue
Experience with storm damage or hazard removals
CDL or DOT medical card
Leadership or crew lead experience
