TSR Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Individual Contributor with hands-on ADP Lyric experience to support HR operations, system optimization, and ongoing platform maintenance. This fully remote role focuses on execution and requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient HR system performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on HR systems subject matter expert for ADP Lyric
Support day-to-day HR system operations, configurations, and troubleshooting
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment
Maintain and update employee data, workflows, business rules, and security roles
Support system enhancements, testing, and releases (UAT, regression testing, defect resolution)
Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance-related data requests
Document processes, configurations, and system changes
Support integrations and downstream system dependencies as needed
Provide end-user support and guidance on Lyric functionality and best practices

Required

3+ years of HR systems experience in an enterprise environment
Hands-on ADP Lyric experience (required)
Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and compliance requirements
Experience working as an individual contributor (non-managerial role)
Comfortable supporting live production environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with other ADP platforms (Vantage, Workforce Now, EV5/EV6)
Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, or Time & Attendance modules
Experience supporting implementations, migrations, or platform upgrades
Prior work in large, multi-entity or multi-state environments
Experience working with ticketing systems and change management processes
