Responsibilities

Assisting the Relationship Manager (RM) throughout the loan origination process, including deal screening, term negotiation, due diligence, and the preparation of credit application packages

Managing legal documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and loan closing procedures

Assisting the RM with post-lending portfolio management, including regular reporting, administration, and ongoing KYC compliance

Completing annual loan reviews under the RM’s supervision

Handling general account management, including new account openings and closures

Qualification

Required

2–3 years of CRE first mortgage financing experience within commercial banks, insurance companies, or debt funds
