Required

General cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds

Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care
Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required)
Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs
Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation
Valid Driver License
Able to pass a DOT Exam
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own

Preferred

Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred
