Responsibilities

Participate in a 24-month engineering rotational program with two, one-year rotations in various technical areas, including: Manufacturing/Operations and Maintenance
Successfully engaging across the business, you will be exposed to the technical and scientific aspects of plant engineering, while also working in areas of safety and environment to uphold our high standards
Upon your completion of the program, you may be offered direct placement within the organization in a variety of disciplines in engineering and production

Required

Graduates receiving a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering between December 2025 – May 2026
Demonstrated academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.0)
Authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without restrictions or future sponsorship
Active participation in extra-curricular activities and on-campus organizations
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Previous internship/co-op experience is a plus
