Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will identify and engage clients in the life sciences sector, driving sales of the Zelta platform and collaborating with various teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

Identify and target key decision-makers within your account based territory
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive SaaS solution sales to accounts
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Zelta platform and the professional services we provide
Be able to demonstrate and communicate how our solutions can address specific challenges of life science organizations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Utilize market research to identify opportunities for product improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that resonate with Life Science clients
Work with the product development team to relay client feedback and requirements for continuous improvement
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in SaaS solution sales with Life Science companies, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the life science industry, including industry regulations and trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs
