Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, invoicing, close, and financial reporting
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and strengthen controls
Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management
Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and sales pipeline analysis to leadership
Partner with operations on workforce planning, pricing, margin analysis, and job performance
Lead the selection and implementation of a new financial system to replace a legacy platform
Manage and develop a small finance and administrative team
Serve as primary liaison with external accountants, tax advisors, and ownership
Support strategic initiatives, including growth planning and acquisition readiness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience

Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable in a transitioning, PE-backed environment

Preferred

Experience in service-based, labor-intensive, or seasonal businesses
