Responsibilities

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the data center vertical across North America
Establish and deepen relationships with data center owners, developers, GCs, AE firms, and mission-critical contractors to influence projects early in the design lifecycle
Drive specification inclusion across multiple product divisions by identifying opportunities within plans, drawings, and design documents
Serve as the central connector across sales, engineering, estimating, and product teams to align pursuit strategy and execution
Build a visible industry presence through conferences, partnerships, and thought leadership within the mission-critical construction ecosystem
Populate and manage a high-value CRM pipeline specific to data center opportunities, ensuring transparency and momentum
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding market intelligence back into product, engineering, and leadership teams

Required

7+ years of experience in data centers, mission-critical construction, or adjacent infrastructure markets
Proven success influencing owners, developers, designers, or program-level stakeholders early in the project lifecycle
Experience building or scaling a new vertical, market, or strategic initiative without direct authority
Strong understanding of specification-driven sales and long, complex sales cycles
Technical fluency to read and navigate drawings, specifications, and design development documents
Highly autonomous, travel-ready (up to ~70%), and comfortable representing the organization at the executive level
