Sales Development Representative
ControlUp is a leader in DEX, creating an autonomous workplace where the day runs itself. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for scaling revenue by researching prospects, discovering pain points, and setting meetings with decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Follow an established and successful sales process combined with weekly coaching
Setting quality meetings with IT departments across the country
Play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! In the SDR training program at ControlUp
Participate in a mix of classroom-style learning as well as role-plays and practice
Learn to generate qualified leads, prospect via a mix of personal communication methods, such as emails and cold calls, and establish the value of our platform
Engage with a prospect, build rapport and find your prospects’ needs
Demonstrate mastery of skills at this level by exceeding quota for two quarters in a row
Qualification
Required
1-2 Years of SDR or BDR experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
experience with engaging with potential customers over email, phone, and in-person
Clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
Fast learning skills and passion for new technologies, quickly mapping them to business processes
Effectively manage your time to complete objectives
Experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
Thrive in a high-energy team environment
Preferred
knowledge of our sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus
