Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and assess candidates, including administering and reviewing language assessments

Build and maintain candidate pipelines using advanced Boolean search techniques

Conduct reference checks, make offers, and support onboarding and orientation processes

Process employee status changes and conduct exit interviews as needed

Partner closely with recruiting partners and hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals

Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across multiple recruiting platforms

Lead and coordinate recruiting activities independently, exercising sound judgment and creativity
