Licensed Clinical Therapist (SUD) - Hybrid
Steadfast Health was founded to establish a new standard of substance use disorder (SUD) care. They are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist who will provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, modeling a non-paternalistic and destigmatizing approach to patient care
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery
Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches
Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
Pioneer innovative ways of improving access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized populations
Champion the company’s mission by modeling compassion and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and communities
Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery and overall health
Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in SUD treatment
Qualification
Required
Clinical mental health licensure (LSW, MFT, LPC) in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders
Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities
Ability to effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community members
Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Passionate about Steadfast Health's mission to provide low-barrier, non-punitive, harm-reductionist SUD care
Preferred
Certification in addiction counseling is a plus
Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus
