Responsibilities
Support daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and maintain balance sheets, reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Support the preparation of internal financial reports and management reporting packages
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities through data analysis and reporting support
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Utilize Sage Intacct accounting systems to maintain accurate financial records and support reporting needs
Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of accounting experience working for a SaaS or technology-driven company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Hands-on experience with Sage (Sage Intacct preferred)
Prior experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company
Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
