Responsibilities
Support the execution of the vision and priorities for Retirement Solutions
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial research and design through market launch and ongoing product management
Become a subject matter expert for our co-manufactured products and personalized target date services in internal and external engagements
Develop and refine resources (e.g., sales speaking points, business overviews, FAQs, playbooks), reporting, and tools to support the product suite, monitor product health, and drive process improvements
Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic recommendations for the Retirement Solutions roadmap
Collaborate with external partners (e.g., recordkeepers, trustees) and internal teams (e.g., other product teams, sales, marketing, legal, operations) to drive product development and management efforts, ensuring consistency in product messaging and positioning
Lead small- to medium-scale projects and business initiatives (e.g., product changes, strategic assessment of vehicle offerings and accessibility)
Provide analysis and ongoing product management support for the broader Retirement Solutions team as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant financial services experience
Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities/issues and recommend business solutions
Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and present findings clearly to various stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings to drive alignment and decision-making across different teams
Ability to build internal networks, collaborate across teams, and influence other groups or senior stakeholders
Highly proficient in Morningstar and Excel
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or other) a plus
Experience launching new financial services products (a plus)
Experience with macros and automation tools a plus
