Head of Demand Generation (WEST COAST)
Arkham Talent is a VC-backed provider experiencing rapid growth with a dynamic culture focused on collaboration and a growth mindset. The Director of Lead Generation will own and scale the demand generation function, driving high-quality inbound and outbound leads to support the company's growth in the US and globally.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies across inbound, outbound, and partner channels to generate and nurture leads
Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns; manage digital marketing channels end-to-end
Drive SEO and website conversion optimization initiatives to maximize organic lead flow
Own, build, and enhance marketing automations and workflows in HubSpot
Implement and manage account-based marketing (ABM), account scoring, and lead qualification processes
Collaborate closely with brand, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment on messaging
Analyze performance data, report on what’s working (and not), and rapidly iterate to improve results
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team (initially: go-to-market engineer, 2 SDRs), with potential to grow as the business scales
Balance hands-on execution with strategic, scalable process-building
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in demand/lead generation for B2B SaaS
Hands-on expertise in digital advertising management, technical SEO, website conversion
Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, automations) and ABM strategies
Comfortable selling and marketing to finance or operations buyers within SMBs
Data-driven, with a strong growth mindset: open to experimenting, learning, and sharing failures as well as successes
High EQ, skilled at cross-team collaboration, and able to navigate cultural differences in a global company
Willing to 'roll up your sleeves' — you can execute, not just oversee
Preferred
Preferably based in Bay Area or Seattle, but strong candidates in other Pacific Time Zone locations considered
