Communicate directly with clients to resolve tax issues and provide proactive guidance
Prepare personal and business tax projections and quarterly estimates
Lead business and personal income tax compliance, strategy and planning for client
Participating in the proposal process for potential new clients
Respond to tax notices on behalf of the clients
Qualification
Required
An active Oregon Bar
5+ years of experience in U.S. federal tax matters and state experience, either at public accounting firm or law firm
5+ years of experience in Tax matters
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required
Preferred
An LLM in taxation is preferred, but not required
