Responsibilities
Process policy changes and Endorsements accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records
Answer client phone calls and emails with professionalism, providing clear and timely responses to questions and service requests
Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and carrier requirements
Support clients through audit processes by reviewing documentation, answering questions, and coordinating with carriers as needed
Quote and bind small commercial policies online, demonstrating sound understanding of coverage and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 2 years of CSR experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
Ability to work Full Time (37 ½ hours per week) and on a schedule based on Eastern Standard Time
Preferred
License: Property & Casualty (SC)
Management System: AMS360
Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Outlook
