Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using root-cause analysis
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs
Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC Robotics systems
Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and circuit breakers
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
Participate in safety programs and follow all safety regulations and guidelines
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels
Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling
Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs and FANUC Robotics
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and maintenance software
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Commitment to safety and compliance with safety regulations
Preferred
Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance
