Provide hands-on support to a globally dispersed employee group focused on internal customer experience and partnership for our Product and Engineering teams
Provide support and guidance on performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, etc
Lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 to 10 years in HR roles
Responsibilities relating to performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations
Experience with compensation benchmarking and analytics
Previous experience in Workday is beneficial
Confident and deliberate communicator
Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast
Process Improvement Mindset
Leadership Experience
Willingness to travel (about 10% travel required)
Preferred
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree or master's degree is highly preferred
