Prospect aggressively through cold calling, outreach, and networking
Build and grow your own book of business
Identify customer shipping needs and provide logistics solutions
Negotiate rates and close new business
Manage shipments and maintain strong customer relationships
Problem-solve in real time to keep freight moving
Communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Qualification
Required
