Responsibilities

Proactively prospect through strategic research and cold call outreach to acquire new clients
Analyze clients' transportation needs and propose freight solutions to meet their requirements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with clients and carriers to maximize profitability and service delivery
Collaborate with our internal team and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics consistently

Required

Results driven individual that exhibits strong sense of urgency with the ability to be proactive instead of reactive

Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
