Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement EPICOR CPQ solutions tailored to business needs
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and build dynamic configurators
Develop and maintain configuration rules, pricing logic, BOMs, and proposal templates
Integrate CPQ with EPICOR ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Salesforce)
Customize UI/UX components for optimal user experience
Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CPQ users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution delivery and optimization
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience with EPICOR CPQ (formerly KBMax) development and configuration
Strong knowledge of configuration logic, rules engine, and pricing models
Proficient in scripting languages used in CPQ (e.g., JavaScript)
Experience integrating CPQ with ERP and CRM platforms
Understanding of manufacturing/engineering BOM structures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
Preferred
Experience with EPICOR ERP
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration frameworks
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Prior work in manufacturing or industrial product domains
