Responsibilities

Hands-on functional and implementation experience in Oracle R12 modules: Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory, Work in Process, Bills of Material, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Execute Oracle Manufacturing/WMS setups and configurations
Participate in ERP implementation projects (minimum 1–2 full-cycle projects)
Gather and analyze business requirements, perform FIT-GAP analysis, and propose IT solutions
Prepare documentation including Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training Materials
Conduct and guide unit testing, comprehensive testing, Business UAT, and production sanity checks
Ensure smooth integration with other systems and provide support for integration-related issues

Required

10 to 14 years of relevant experience
Hands-on functional and implementation experience in Oracle R12 modules: Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory, Work in Process, Bills of Material, Warehouse Management System (WMS)
