Responsibilities
Prioritize oldest orders and priority orders, or according to instruction from the Order Fulfillment Manager
Verify shipment accuracy by comparing packed contents with shipping system data
Adjust or input shipping data such as weight and package size and choose appropriate shipping service
Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped
Prepare orders for shipment: pack, seal, label, and stage for carrier pickup following placement protocols
Move BMCs or FedEx pallets as needed to support shipping operations
Maintain a clean and organized workstation; restock supplies as necessary
Support additional warehouse tasks such as packing products, restocking inventory, counting items, and light cleaning when shipping volume is low
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
Proficient with computers, tablets, barcode scanners, and electronic shipping systems
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, packaging methods, and carrier services (e.g., FedEx, USPS)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without constant supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of shipments
Capable of packing and processing 200+ packages per day accurately
Proficient in basic computer and tablet use, including data entry and inventory software navigation
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal oversight
Dependable, eager to learn, and committed to working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to safely and efficiently operate basic warehouse tools and equipment
