Creating detailed and accurate 3D models
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
Software proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 and Navisworks. Autodesk certifications are a plus
Capacity to work in a cloud model, with many linked 2D and 3D models for design, documentation, and construction phases
Aptitude to create and maintain 3D models of electrical systems and components, with an emphasis on attention to detail
Capability to draft and model based on pdf markups provided by engineers. Ability to review and understand construction drawings
Knowledge base to develop modeling standards and best practices, with the inclination to mentor and lead others
Proficiency to identify design clashes, coordination items and troubleshoot model issues
Drafting design experience in disciplines including power, data, and controls
Expertise to create and edit Revit schedules and families
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to coordinate across design disciplines, with a willingness to collaborate internally and externally across design groups
Work independently in an efficient manner
Ability to adapt, ask questions and grow as part of an innovative and emerging team
