Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
Partner with the Director of Talent Attraction to help shape recruitment marketing strategy and translate priorities into plans
Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns that drive quality conversions
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment marketing support
Collaborate with Employer Brand and Sourcing partners to ensure cohesive talent attraction efforts
Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and inform future planning
Identify opportunities to test and scale new channels, tools, and approaches that elevate how Walmart attracts talent

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field and 4 years' of experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field OR Master's degree and 2 years' of experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field OR 7 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
3 years' of supervisory or project management experience
10+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment
Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a people-first and hands-on leadership approach
Strong strategic thinking paired with executional strength—you're comfortable moving from planning to delivery
Data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action and improved performance
Compelling storytelling skills that bring employer brand and role-specific messaging to life
Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and optimizing spend to drive results
A collaborative mindset and comfort partnering across teams and senior stakeholders
