HR Manager - Technical R&D Operations
Workforce Solutions is expanding their research and development operations and is seeking an engaging HR Manager to support engineers and technical professionals. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, and day-to-day HR operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Design and execute recruiting strategies for early-career, mid-level, and senior technical talent
Build and maintain relationships with universities and technical programs, supporting campus and early-career hiring initiatives
Partner with leaders to align hiring needs with business objectives and project timelines
Create and implement structured onboarding and training
Support career pathing, skills development, and internal mobility for technical employees
Collaborate with managers on performance feedback, development goals, and succession readiness
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and R&D leaders
Support managers with workforce planning, role clarity, and organizational design
Maintain a visible, approachable HR presence that builds trust and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
Several years of HR experience supporting technical, engineering, R&D, and/or high-tech teams
Demonstrated ability to recruit and support both early-career and advanced technical professionals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment with minimal oversight
Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
Exposure to campus recruiting or university partnerships
