Responsibilities
Own day-to-day sales operations for a small team: lead hygiene, workflows, lead routing, follow-ups, and reporting
Manage our dialer and tools: campaign setup, pacing, call flows, dispositions, and basic troubleshooting
Ensure clean data, consistent activity tracking, and reliable reporting as volume increases
Identify process gaps early and put simple systems in place before they become problems
Coach reps daily through call reviews, live listening, and role-play
Onboard new reps as we grow: systems, scripts, talk tracks, objections, and expectations
Maintain and evolve sales scripts, FAQs, rebuttals, and internal training docs
Help reps develop confidence, consistency, and good sales habits—not just hit numbers
Capture and update larger training initiatives for the company & use them to host quarterly trainings
Support daily activity and performance goals (phone hours, calls, conversations)
Spot performance drift early and provide hands-on coaching before it becomes a bigger issue
Set clear expectations and accountability in a collaborative, growth-oriented way
Step in as needed to help close gaps, test messaging, or support high-priority leads
Qualification
Required
3–7 years in call center management and sales training role
Experience supporting, training, or leading small sales teams
Strong comfort with CRMs, dialers, and sales workflows
Deeply understands and uses Ai everyday
Proven ability to coach reps and improve performance through structure and feedback
Organized, proactive, and calm in a fast-moving environment
