Responsibilities
Participate in requirements, functional, and performance analysis including timing, power, and system behavior
Design and develop test setups, approaches, and integration strategies for complex systems
Develop Test Cases, Test Procedures, and Test Scripts using Python, Bash, and C
Author and maintain test documentation including test plans, reports, and verification artifacts
Support setup and configuration of test infrastructures and environments, including use of Git/GitLab
Support acquisition and setup of test assets, including BOM development and coordination with material planners
Work with Manufacturing and Operations teams to build, checkout, and deploy test equipment and assets
Support formal test events including: Design Verification Testing (DVT), Qualification Testing (QT), Acceptance Testing (AT), EMI/EMC Testing, Radiation Testing
Provide SEIT task status updates through team backlogs and reporting mechanisms
Collaborate primarily within the SEIT team, with limited coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and project leadership
Perform work of moderate complexity under guidance from a SEIT Lead and through peer review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Experience with systems engineering processes and integration methodologies
Proficiency with object-oriented programming concepts and scripting languages
Experience developing automated test scripts and diagnostics
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and GitLab
Ability to propose and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity
Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
