Responsibilities

Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost

Lead a team of 4 process engineers, providing coaching and development

Manage projects from analysis to implementation, ensuring accountability and results

Collaborate across operations, engineering, and maintenance teams

Drive organizational change through communication and training strategies

Qualification

Required

Background in Continuous Improvement, people leadership, and mining or heavy industrial environments

Bachelor's degree (or Associate's degree with equivalent experience) in Chemical, Mineral Processing, or Industrial Engineering or related

Proven experience in operating facilities and leading CI projects

Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and drive improvements without direct authority

Preferred

CI Certification (Black Belt)

Experience with pelletizing processes
