Account Manager – Paid Ads & Growth (Part-Time, Remote Role)

Good On Digital is a performance-driven growth marketing agency that specializes in helping brands scale through paid media and creative strategy. They are seeking a Part-Time Account Manager who will manage client relationships and support growth and sales strategies while working closely with a remote team.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communication across paid media accounts (Meta, Google, etc.)
Partner with media buyers to ensure strategy, performance, and reporting stay sharp
Translate performance data into clear, client-friendly insights and recommendations
Join and help lead client calls, manage follow-ups, and keep projects moving smoothly
Sit in on discovery and strategy calls with prospective clients
Support proposals, scopes, and follow-ups
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities
Help ensure a strong handoff from sales → delivery
Assist with light ops/admin tasks as needed

Required

2–4 years experience in paid ads / performance marketing
Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads (you don't need to be the media buyer)
Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and organized
Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers
Sales-minded, curious, and growth-oriented
Able to work PST hours
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

Preferred

Agency experience
Experience supporting sales or discovery calls
Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, AOV)
Interest in growing into a full-time or leadership role
