Responsibilities
Assisting the Lead Designer in preparing conceptual residential landscape design packages including AutoCAD drafting and Photoshop plan rendering (experience in Sketchup/Lumion) a plus
Performing site analysis and assessing existing project site conditions
Drafting concept plans and construction document packages using (CAD) programs
Assist in preparation of building permits and HOA submittal packages under the direction of the Lead Designer
Assist in review and completion of agency submittal forms and responding to plan check comments
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in production documentation; CAD drafting and conceptual design graphics
Experience in landscape architecture/design, architecture, interior design, or related fields
Working knowledge of landscape construction methods and building codes
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work; creative critical thinking and analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture (or related field) or landscape design certification
