Must have strong AI and Cloud experience
4+ years of experience in program management
Strong leadership and presentation skills, Good organizational, time, and team management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
Expertise in reviewing technical documents, attention to detail
Experience with partner-facing communication
Experience with time-bound tasks such as meeting SLAs
Enthusiastic about process improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in GSuite is a plus
Knowledge of Google AI / GenAI tools
Triage and review incoming customer resource requests for correctness and completeness
Review, evaluate, and manage fulfillment requests in the internal Bug Management system
Author and share customer updates
Triage changes to incoming requests and customer concerns based on documented runbook processes
Track update metrics and drive engagement for stale requests
Create new fulfillment bugs based on documented runbook processes
Drive resolution of customer issues identified in fulfillment requests
Collect metrics that cannot be automated following a well-documented process
Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to navigate through ambiguity
Strong customer focus
Technical acumen and sufficient experience necessary to understand infrastructure delivery requests
Highly process-oriented
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in program management
Strong leadership and presentation skills
