5+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (either defense or plaintiff side)
Excellent communication skills
Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed in California
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Preferred
Experience handling PAGA and/or wage and hour claims
