Account Manager

Lawn Doctor of W. Little Rock is a trusted leader in lawn care and pest control services in central Arkansas. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, grow accounts through excellent communication, and support retention efforts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone, email, text)
Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, coordinating with operations/technicians
Proactively follow up after services, address questions, and reinforce value
Support retention efforts (renewals, holds, save offers, and service calls)
Recommend the best programs for each property: lawn fertilization & weed control, Tree & Shrub, and Pest services
Make outbound calls/texts for upsells, renewals, and seasonal campaigns
Identify cross-sell opportunities and explain program benefits clearly
Meet weekly/monthly sales and retention goals and track results
Maintain accurate notes and customer details in our CRM
Schedule and coordinate services with the office and field team
Process payments, update billing preferences, and assist with installment options
Document conversations, outcomes, and next steps

Required

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable with goal-based work (sales/retention metrics)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
Tech-savvy (CRM, email, spreadsheets, texting platforms)
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Prior experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or service advising is a plus
Lawn, landscape, or pest industry experience is helpful—but not required (we'll train the right person)
