Responsibilities
Greeting customers virtually and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment
Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment
Maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and an interactive teller machine (ITM) while adhering to policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems
Good typing skills
Solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations
Individuals are required to work 7am to 4pm shift, and rotating weekends Saturday & Sunday
Very outgoing, assertive and confident plus maintain an enthusiastic personality
Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience
Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication
Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment
Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations
Strong work ethic and high integrity
Strong computer and 10 key skills
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment
Knowledge of banking products and procedures
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
30 wpm typing skills
Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus. Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour
