Responsibilities

Develop site civil construction plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Aide in the training and the development of staff using site civil CAD applications
Perform engineering calculations, utilize computer software for analysis and design, and collaborate efficiently with other team members for project completion
Collaborate with Senior Technical Staff and Project Managers
Other duties as assigned

Required

Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Vehicle Tracking, AutoTURN
Willingness to learn related software for site civil, stormwater, transportation, and water/sewer systems design
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams
Work independently and as a team member to develop and present concepts
Collaborate remotely with colleagues in other offices
Build effective relationships with internal and external client bases
Strong oral and technical writing skills with internal project team and external clients
Sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site civil design is required
Minimum of an associate degree in CAD drafting and design technology or other related fields

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field, is highly desired
FE/Engineer In Training Certification also desirable
