Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements
Take and defend depositions
Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Work directly with clients and play a key role in case strategy
Collaborate closely with partners while operating with a high degree of autonomy
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of employment litigation experience
Strong background in wage and hour class actions required
Experience litigating in state and federal court
Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
California Bar admission in good standing
JD or Equivalent from accredited law school
