Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall testing strategy for the migration program

Develop detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate and manage all phases of testing: Unit, System Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and aligned with project timelines

Collaborate with development and integration teams to validate migrated workflows, mappings, and partner configurations

Establish defect management processes and oversee issue resolution

Track and report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on test objectives and outcomes

Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory standards during testing

Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies

Required

Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Program Manager in large-scale integration or migration projects

Strong understanding of B2B/EDI integration and platforms (MessageWay, Seeburger BIS)

Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management

Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr)

Knowledge of risk-based testing and quality assurance best practices

Preferred

Experience in Seeburger BIS configuration or MessageWay decommissioning

Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks

Understanding of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence

Knowledge of cloud-based integration and API testing
