Responsibilities
Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
Direct and oversee daily accounting activities, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and cash receipts
Manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow analysis; monitor performance and analyze variances
Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures; coordinate with external auditors for audit readiness
Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Licensed CPA with Big 4 public accounting experience (required)
Hands-on operator with proven success in year-end close and audit preparation
Proficiency in NetSuite (required)
Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
Preferred
Experience in inventory accounting or healthcare/MedTech industry
