Responsibilities
Acknowledgement and troubleshoot MuleSoft related issues across the environments on different platforms
Manage the platform to achieve consistency across API portfolios
Create and maintain operational runbook and knowledge base
Collaborate with development and cross functional teams across the organization
The Platform must be maintained to achieve secure and scalable in alignment with portfolio objectives
The organization’s AnyPoint platform strategy best practices, guidelines, and standards
Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals, and API analytics based with MuleSoft API manager
Support for API office includes, SLAs, Availability, Incident, Change & Problem Management
Maintenance (Patching), optimize performance and CI/CD Pipeline related issues
Proactive monitoring and streamline/tweak existing alerts
Platform certificate renewal (on-prem, AKS) across the environment
Hands on experience with Mule v4.0+ and RTF
On-prem MuleSoft and RTF Upgrade across different environments
Document and maintain the operational runbook
Vendor co-ordination for product support tickets
Participate in DR testing/activity, performance testing and load testing
Additional experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
Strong problem solving, debugging and communication skills
Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire service development lifecycle with the right mix of monitoring, alerting and Tracing
Working experience in agile environment
Proven knowledge of API security standards, including but not limited to oAUth2.0/OpenID Connect
Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing and tuning parameters on multiple engagements
Experience working on MuleSoft for Orchestration and Integration
Ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment
MuleSoft certification is preferred
Knowledge of integration design patterns for building middleware systems from ground up including, security models, encryption, transformations, error handling, logging, ad testing frameworks
Having good experience in Unix and LINUX operating systems
Proven hands-on experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway, including deploying, configuring, and securing APIs in connected and disconnected modes, and integrating gateway deployments with Anypoint Platform and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with containerization using Docker and deploying API runtimes on Kubernetes, including Kubernetes fundamentals and operating containerized workloads at scale (Runtime Fabric experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting MuleSoft and API platforms on Microsoft Azure, including AKS, Azure networking, and security integrations
Experience implementing CI/CD automation for containerized and Kubernetes-based API deployments using GitHub and related DevOps tooling
Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, including scalability, high availability, observability, and secure service-to-service communication
Qualification
Required

Three (3) or more years in administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Platform
Five (5) or more years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant engineering or administrative role

Experience in Python
