Responsibilities

Maintain Enfusion OMS/PMS and oversee daily trade operation, processing, and settlement
Liaise with PBs and Brokers to resolve any trade issues and discrepancies on a timely basis
Work closely with the middle office provider and manage daily reconciliation of cash balances, equity and equity swap positions, and trade activities with the Prime Brokers and fund administrators
Manage internal portfolio accounting, portfolio analytic, and risk systems; monitor the reporting of real time daily pnl, monthly and ad hoc portfolio analytic and risk reporting
Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of the NAV, performance, fees and expenses, and annual financial reporting, audit, and tax filings
Assist COO/CFO with investor reporting and investor due diligence
Assist COO/CFO with the expenses management, reporting, and budgeting; maintain the books and records of the Management Company and soft dollar relationships
Assist CCO with regulatory and compliance reporting and filing, including ADV, PF, 13F

Qualification

Required

8+ years of industry experience with Hedge Funds, Fund administrations, or CPA firms
Experiences with OMS/Enfusion, Accounting systems, Risk or portfolio analytic system a plus
Highly motivated, eager to learn and grow with firm
Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS office, PowerPoint essential
