Responsibilities

Independently source candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, Carvana website

Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone

Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews

Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly

Manage the candidate expectations regarding the background check process, while working with both candidates and colleagues to ensure our candidates are processed for a successful hire

Develop hiring leader relationships and a strong understanding of the Operations team(s) business and gaps, and advise on effective hiring strategies

Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer
