Responsibilities

Manage collection activities and follow-ups for assigned accounts
Resolve customer disputes, claims, and deductions (Fortune 500 experience preferred)
Analyze invoices for compliance with contract terms
Apply payments and make account adjustments as needed
Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email within 24 hours
Support ad hoc projects and reporting as assigned

Qualification

Collections experienceDispute resolutionAnalytical skillsExcel skillsAccounting softwareBachelor’s degreeCommunication skills

Required

3–5 years of collections or accounts receivable experience in high-volume environments
Strong dispute resolution and analytical skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Fortune 500 experience preferred
Experience with accounting software (Oracle preferred) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
