Responsibilities

Installation & Configuration – Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality
Maintenance & Upgrades – Apply security patches, perform system updates, and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current
User Management – Create and administer user accounts, define access rights, and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity
Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers
System Monitoring – Continuously track performance metrics, review system logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency
New Implementations – Partner with department leaders to plan, configure, and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM)
Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools
Proven track record in system integration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred
