They are seeking an Intern in Marketing & Branding to support their communications efforts, particularly in creating engaging content for social media and internal communications.

Responsibilities

Help brainstorm content ideas and create content that supports company messages targeted at attracting new employees and engaging with existing employees

Mixed-media content includes creating photos, video, graphics, and copy that conveys simple and effective company messages

Ensure all content meets brand strategy requirements (color, tone, keywords etc.)

Help create, enhance, or curate content for various communications channels (social media, internal and external marketing, employee online store, intranet, website)

Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure our marketing efforts to attract employee meet brand requirements and are effective

Use social media metrics, hiring reports, and feedback to drive effective recruiting efforts

Support the Communications and Recruiting team with ad hoc marketing needs
