Responsibilities

Support the procurement team throughout the purchasing process, from requisition and inventory review to delivery
Collaborate with inventory control to monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders
Place purchase orders and track them to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
Prepare reports related to inventory, purchasing activity, cost analysis, and supplier performance
Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Work closely with inventory, sales, and production teams to align purchasing with customer demand and production schedules

Required

Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin required
1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory support; experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
