Conducting an audit of existing policies, reviewing materials, and asking clarifying questions
Identifying policies to modify and any new areas to address
Presenting a detailed outline for a new handbook
Finalizing the handbook after team feedback

Qualification

Required

Background in HR and/or operations
Ability to conduct an audit of existing policies
Experience in reviewing materials and asking clarifying questions

Commitment to spend 15-20 hours over 4-5 weeks
